Steps:-
1.Download Opera Mini 6.5 Click Here.
2.Now Open Opera Mini 6.5 and Remove all contents of Filter Option.
3.Select Proxy Type:-Real Host
4.Select Proxy Server:-122.170.122.214
5.Now Save It.
Try other states user and if any problem plz comments....
Do not downloading more than 50 MB file.
Note:-Use at 0 balance.
