First Make New Setting In Mobile...
Proxy:- 80.239.243.210 or mini5.opera-mini.net
Port:- 80
Now Download Opera Handler Click Here
After Downloading Opera Handle, Open it and set
Proxy Type:- HTTP
Proxy Server:- m.twitter.com
It connecting 0 Balance for Gujarat and Other State user must requir 0.10 or more balance for using free GPRS....
Note:- Minimum Balance Required.
